Here at St Pancras Clinical Research, we ensure our employees are personally supported throughout their career and are provided with the tools, flexibility and inclusive working environment to foster professional growth. For early careers, we provide both Clinical Trial Graduate Schemes and varied Internship Schemes.
Our Graduate Scheme is designed to give new starters a comprehensive foundation in clinical trials at site level. The scheme allows graduates to explore various elements of a trial site, focusing on Clinical Trial Administration, Patient Engagement, Pharmacy and Laboratory work.
We run various summer and term time Internships for university students and recent school leavers. We appreciate how difficult it is to find work experience, so we facilitate internships across all of our main departments with a focus on building foundational skills, knowledge development and exposure to the general working world.
